Quality Guarantee System

After signing the project engineering contract

Strictly inspect the quality of incoming materials, components, and equipment, and products without quality certificates shall not be used; Quality monitoring of the products used shall be carried out by company professionals, and non-conforming products shall be promptly returned.

Establish a project implementation team, designate on-site managers and responsible engineers, and clarify their job functions.

Strengthen project functions, strictly manage process management, conduct technical exchanges before each sub project construction, so that everyone knows the design requirements, construction methods, and quality standards, and adhere to the three inspection system, namely self inspection, special inspection, and handover inspection.

Every step of installation and debugging must be checked, and those that do not meet the standards must be redone or reworked. After completion, they should be checked again until they are qualified.
